Global Interaction Australia (GIA) – the mission are of Australian Baptists – asks churches to have a special focus in their services for MAY MISSION MONTH.

Here at dBay Baptist we’ll have some different ways you can learn more about missions, give to missions work, and be involved in ministry to cross cultural people groups.

Last year we introduced SAVE YOUR 50 Cent pieces. This year we will be doing it again. So all throughout May, whenever you receive a 50c piece as change, put it aside. Then on Sunday bring them all along and put them in the jars provided.  This special offerings will be used for our Guest GIA Team members preparing to go to Cambodia.

We will also be hosting a Cambodian Dinner with real  Cambodian Food. On the night, and in our services we will be hearing from Tristan and Megan Crilley who are expecting to relocate to Cambodia next year.  Look out for an event on Facebook and our website regarding the dinner details.

Our Sunday services will also feature mission spots and information about how you can continue to support this vital work all throughout the world.
